Ironbark Ciderworks is located in Claremont, CA, a small college town at the base of Mt. Baldy, on the outskirts of Los Angeles. Although Ironbark is the name of an Australian tree, we have deep SoCal roots, so our cidercraft is all about natural, healthy ingredients with the lowest possible calories. We always ferment our cider to dry, which means it contains absolutely no residual sugar, we don't have to use sulfites or any other preservatives, yet the flavor of the fruit, hops and herbs stands loud and proud right up front. Our aim is to keep all the potentially harmful additives out of our cider. If it's better for you, it's better for us. That's why our motto is "Drink it DRY!” At Ironbark Ciderworks we are obsessed with producing cider that is ridiculously tasty and yet mindful of your health. We are constantly crushing and pressing mini batches of varietal apples and other fruit in search of new outrageous blends for our tasting room guests. We do a bunch of new seasonal flavors and
styles every quarter, from light irreverent ciders to some serious traditionals. If you crave a delicious, low carb, gluten-free alternative to beer, wine and spirits, come visit us at the Ironbark Cider tasting room: 1420 N. Claremont Blvd, Suite 107B, Claremont, CA 91711.
